April 2026 Concerts at Seascape Resort: Topeka Live on Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach
Events · 10 min read · Roger Ridpath
Joe Bonamassa's Sound Wave Beach Weekend (April 10 to 12) and Tedeschi Trucks Band's Sun, Sand and Soul (April 23 to 25) are coming to Seascape Resort on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, FL. Here's everything you need to know.
If you've been planning a spring trip to Miramar Beach, Florida, April 2026 just gave you the best possible excuse to book it now. Topeka Live (the boutique music vacation company behind some of the most acclaimed beachside concert experiences on the Emerald Coast) is bringing two back-to-back weekend events to Seascape Resort, right here on Scenic Gulf Drive.
And this year, the experience itself has been upgraded. The Seascape Resort concert venue was completely reimagined and rebuilt for 2026, reoriented and redesigned to make the experience more refined for everyone. It's a more thoughtfully engineered space, and it shows. If you attended a previous Topeka event here, expect something noticeably better.
Topeka's model remains the gold standard for this kind of event: no general admission chaos, no hunting for a view. Every ticket tier includes reserved "Cove" seating: your personal space for the group, with chairs, digital entry passes, and food, drinks, and merch delivered directly to your spot without leaving it. The venue holds around 6,000 guests in an intimate setting that's a short walk from the beach, the pool, and every condo on the resort. Past guests consistently rate it among the best concert experiences they've ever had.
Here's what's on the calendar.
The Beach Warms Up Early: Pre-Concert Beach Events
Before the main weekends kick off, Topeka has been creating some atmosphere right on the Seascape beach. On April 9th, there was an impromptu concert on the beach directly in front of Seascape Resort, a preview of the energy that was coming. Based on that, there will likely be a similar beach gathering around April 22nd, the night before Sun, Sand and Soul begins, though we don't have confirmed details yet. We'd love to hear from you if you have info. Use our contact form and we'll keep this post updated.
Event 1: Joe Bonamassa's Sound Wave Beach Weekend
April 10 to 12, 2026 | Seascape Resort, 556 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach, FL
This is the inaugural land-based event from Joe Bonamassa (one of the most respected blues-rock guitarists performing today) in partnership with Topeka. For years he's run acclaimed music cruises. Now he's brought that same curator's energy to the Gulf Coast for the first time.
The anchor of the weekend is two unique Bonamassa performances plus exclusive artist jams and collaborations you won't see on any other tour stop. Supporting him is a lineup that would sell out a standalone festival on its own: Gov't Mule, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Samantha Fish, Grace Potter, Little Feat, JJ Grey & Mofro, Larkin Poe, Joanne Shaw Taylor, and Robert Jon & The Wreck. Blues, soul, Southern rock, Americana. This is three nights of the real thing.
The weekend kicks off Thursday evening with a welcome bonfire, then flows into in-venue Ignite Stage sessions, daytime options including pickleball and golf, and as much beach and pool time as you want between shows. Music runs 5 to 10 PM each night. Want to be right up front? The Sound Bay pass puts you in standing-room-only territory near the stage with full energy and air-conditioned restrooms nearby.
Coves are configured for 2, 4, or limited 6-person groups. Side-by-side reservations available for larger parties. Family friendly. Kids 3 and under are free.

Event 2: Tedeschi Trucks Band Presents "Sun, Sand and Soul"
April 23 to 25, 2026 | Seascape Resort, 556 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach, FL
Two weeks later, Tedeschi Trucks Band returns to Miramar Beach for Sun, Sand and Soul, one of the most anticipated recurring events on Florida's Emerald Coast. The 12-piece band headlines twice, opening Thursday and closing Saturday. Friday night features Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit and Drive-By Truckers, two of the most critically acclaimed acts in American roots music, sharing the same night on the same stage.
The full supporting lineup: Taj Mahal & The Phantom Blues Band, Molly Tuttle, Honey Hounds, Elles Bailey, Jaime Wyatt, with appearances by Isaac Eady and Third Moon, Gabe Dixon Band, Mike Mattison & Trash Magic, and Falcon featuring Sgt. Splendor. This is a schedule that rewards the deep listeners as much as the casual fans.
The weekend begins with a Wednesday evening welcome bonfire before the music officially opens Thursday. The front-row standing experience here is called the Soul Cove: right near the stage, full energy, air-conditioned restrooms nearby.
Can't make the whole weekend? Day passes are available: Section 600 Blue Day Pass at $145 per person, or Soul Cove Day Pass at $345 per person.

Planning Your Trip to Miramar Beach in April 2026
Miramar Beach sits on Florida's Panhandle between Destin and Panama City Beach, easy driving distance from most of the Southeast, with three major airports serving the area: VPS (Destin/Ft. Walton Beach), PNS (Pensacola), and ECP (Panama City Beach).
April is one of the best months to visit the Emerald Coast. The Gulf is warming up, the crowds are lighter than peak summer, the sugar-white sand is as pristine as it gets, and (this year especially) the music calendar is exceptional. These Topeka weekends sell out. Both events are likely at or near capacity. Don't wait.
