No. They are for one Gulf-front condo at Majestic Sun, the one we rent through this site. Every unit in the building is owned and managed separately, which is why reviews of the building vary and reviews of this condo do not.
We loved so much about this condo! The view is great- we love the beach and this maximized our time because even if your at the condo you can sit on the balcony and view the water and decide where you want to set up your chairs. Speaking of chairs- there were 5 super comfy chairs and I fell asleep taking several naps in them under the needed umbrella (also provided). The kitchen is well appointed- everything you need and more. We will certainly come back and next time bring a couple of friends or family. Lastly, this is close to the east end with just and a few doors away from the elevator therefore our unit was very quiet. The king bed was very comfy. We suggest the Edge restaurant for great seafood and views!

The host was very kind and attentive, always making sure everything was going well. It was definitely a wonderful experience, and we would certainly stay here again. 100% recommended! ❤️

Check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as described. The location was a huge plus; very walkable with easy access to great restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. nearby. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and clearly put a lot of thought into the guest experience. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for this place when I'm back in town.
James · February 2026 · 5 starsThis place is absolutely perfect for a beach vacation. Location Location Location!!! Easy few steps to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy and kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare meals for everyone and still have beach front view while doing it. Hosts are super responsive and immediately handled our small issue with the door lock. This rental is a 10 out of 10!

We appreciated the nice touches provided like beach chairs and coffee. Absolutely beautiful view! The room came with several towels and wash cloths which was great with 2 young kids. Great condo!

This was my daughter’s and I second mommy and me trip and she was extremely excited about this location. She bragged about it the entire time. Provided beach essentials- chairs, umbrella and a few floats. Communication was great before and during our stay!! Pointers about how to use the balcony door and the entry lock-exactly how she explained. I did exactly as directed and it worked. No major concerns at all! We will definitely be booking again in the future if available!

It worked perfectly for our group of four; everything was spotless, and it was literally right across from the beach. Robert and Angela were attentive throughout, sharing instructions and providing support both before and during our stay. Parking was super convenient, with multiple options available. We would definitely stay here again—100% recommended.
